Mountain Lake At Diamond Head

A day’s in the mountains outside of Squamish, BC brought a wonderful surprise: a lake of the deepest blue framed by the snow-covered mountains. Though it was the middle of July, it was a cool day. My hiking friend and I had brought along thermoses of hot black tea, much appreciated by both of us that day. The scenery was spectacular, the hike somewhat arduous but well worth the effort.
